Spiral Mesh Belt

Spiral Mesh Belt, LF2 type, is a combination of spiral mesh, unique link and straight rod.

1. Links are driven by sprocket, reliable and stable running is ensured.
2. Once belt can be used for both straight and curve running.
3. Spiral is made of Hardy-1 wire, ensuring higher wear resistance.
 

Uniform Welding
The mesh belt is made by Plasma welding which makes the welding point stronger and better oxidation resistance characteristics, it helps the belt can be operated in longer life.

Smooth Edge
The header was formed by induction heater, it provides smooth surface of the belt edge, it will make no damage on cage bar.

Hygienic Clean Finishing
The belt will be cleaned by degreasing the pickling process, make sure the belt can contact food directly.
